Three building systems.
A thoughtfully designed home.
We work with light timber frame, SIP panels and cell formgin. We choose the solution with technical equipment according to the plot, design, performance and budget.
01 - Construction system
Light timber frame
A light structure, built by layers.
Timber studs and horizontal members form the wall frame. Insulation is fitted between them, while sheathing boards, membranes and finishes complete the wall assembly.
What it provides and how we do it
It allows to adapt the distribution and prepare the elements in the workshop. its lightness facilitates transport and assembly.
The unions, moisture control and protective layers are designed as a set. The wood can be completely covered: the final finish does not have to look like a wooden house.
How is it done once it is finished?
The frame is finished inside and outside. You can choose a rendered or ventilated façade, or another compatible finish, with a conventional-looking interior. Insulation is incorporated into the wall layers.
What do we care especially?
The protection of wood during the work, the encounters with the cementation and cover and the continuity of the membranes. The thickness and composition of the wall are justified for each housing.
02 The construction system
SIP panels
Structure and isolation, integrated.
SIP stands for structural insulated panel: two load-bearing faces, usually OSB boards, bonded to an insulating core. Panels are prepared to size and assembled on site.
What it provides and how we do it
The previous manufacturing provides precision and can speed up the assembly.The isolation is integrated in the panel.
Planning together, holes and facilities before manufacturing. the seal, protections and the rest of layers determine the result; it is not just placing a decorative panel.
What is the difference from the entrance?
A timber frame uses individual timber members with insulation fitted between them. In a SIP, the faces and insulating core form a panel that works as a unit. Not every sandwich panel is structural.
What should be decided before?
Dimensions, openings and service routes need to be planned. Cutting or altering a structural panel must be designed or checked by the technical team. Services and finishes are then completed.
03 - Construction system
Aerated concrete
Mineral blocks with air inside.
This mineral material contains small pores that reduce its weight. In building construction, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are one of the options used to build walls.
What it provides and how we do it
It combines low weight, easy cutting and thermal insulation properties. Its mineral composition also contributes to good fire performance.
Whether the wall is load-bearing or an infill, its thickness, reinforcement, lintels and finishes are determined by structural design and system documentation. This is different from foamed-concrete fill.
Is it like a regular formgin block?
No. Its fine porosity reduces density and changes its performance. The right resistance, thickness and wall solution are chosen; the set behavior is not deducted only from the block aspect.
What finish can you have?
Admit internal and external solutions compatible with support. The coatings, joints, water protection and fixations are chosen for this material. The project defines whether additional isolation is needed and how meetings are resolved.
What is in line with your project?
First we study the ground and accesses; then, the design and the whole of the housing: isolation, windows, ventilation, solar protection, acoustics and finishes. comfort and efficiency depend on that combination and a careful execution.
The included system, options and any supplement remain defined in the specification and budget of each promotion. A fast structure assembly does not equal to the delivery time of the finished home.

In 1993, my father, Mohamed Hrich, founded HM Materiales in Les Peces. Our family has been linked to the sector for more than 30 years through the warehouse and construction materials supply.
I am graduated in Administration and Business Management by ESADE and I have a master in consulting, management and real estate promotion by the Universitat de Barcelona. With that base and family experience, I founded Hrich Real Estate and co-funded Siagne Capital with a clear mission: creating quality housing at more affordable prices for the population of the Baix Penedès.

We unite real estate promotion, construction and materials to better coordinate the whole process: from the choice of products and planning to execution and finishes.This way of working allows us to better control the costs and offer more competitive housing proposals in our region.
We develop and reform housing in El Vendrell, Calafell, Llorenç del Penedès, Les Peces, Sant Jaume dels Domenys and other areas of the Baix Penedès, both in own projects and in works for individuals.
Before creating our current societies, family experience already included collaboration in residential construction, reforms for individuals and promotion in Morocco.
This model was the theme of my Final Master's Work at the Universitat de Barcelona: an study of our companies and how to coordinate materials, construction and promotion at the Baix Penedès.

What is the difference between self-build and key in hand?
In the autopromotion, the customer assumes the role of promoter of his housing and the construction is organized according to the conditions and phases agreed. In key in hand, the ended housing is purchased according to the contract. We explain the scope, expenses and payments of each option for your specific case.
Can I build if I already have a plot?
