Starting with the plot
Urban viability, topography and available services condition what housing can be built. Before choosing qualities, you have to define the project with the technical team.
Budget and Responsibilities
The customer promotes his home and the work contract must concrete scope, responsibilities, included and excluded expenses, certifications and calendar. It does not automatically equal to a key sale in hand.
